Many of Persia's books (except for 'How to Write and Sell Historical Fiction') are out of print.

Abebooks is an association of independent booksellers. You can find all sorts of out of print books there.

Of course, since it's an association of thousands of independent dealers, we can't endorse any particular one of them, but it's a place to start.

Another association of independent dealers that you can search on-line is Bibliofind.

Auction sites, such as Ebay also turn up out of print books periodically.
